    Huh, the more you know (sing little PSA song here) When I was a fat girl, and I consumed heavy (like crazy) amounts of Starbucks and red bull, my urine was the color of the crap I was drinking. My kidneys were screaming for help. My GP said it was due to my Starbucks addiction, and I needed to drink more water....and viola, I haven't had any problems since. Since then, I would double the amount of water after my coffee intake..but now, I guess I don't have to. Sweet!

    I usually drink around 64 ounces to 80 ounces a day. Much more than that and I'm spending the day in the bathroom. I'm in the monitor the pee color camp.
