    Mon: 55 min (25 min 30 DS, 30 min recumbent bike)
    Tues: 65 min (5 mi walk video)
    Wed: 25 min (30 DS)
    Thurs: 37 min walk
    Fri: 55 min (same as Mon)
    Sat: 48 min walk
    Sun: 35 min walk

    Mon: 0 (my daughter was out of school sick so no gym child care for me) :disappointed:
    Tue: 35 (cardio--but I found warm up on the Mark Lauren bodyweight app that was absolutely fantastic. I will never run without using one of his warm-ups again)

    The end of the week was harder for me for exercise. I had to go into work earlier on Wednesday so I didn't get my run in. It has been cold and rainy and dark. Today it felt good to go to Aquafit and finally our favorite teacher was there to work us hard. Hope to get a good walk in tomorrow to catch up. Hope all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

    It feels really good to have finally hit this goal in the last two weeks. I am hoping to keep this momentum going next month because I feel if I can keep it up in December, I can keep it going the rest of the year. :smiley:

    Congratulations snbouchard on reaching your goals these past weeks. That is an inspiring thought for December. Exercise has been a real challenge for me with my work schedule and I feel I am starting to beat it.
