Expecting that time of the month by the middle of this week Considering my body went up to 289 and dropped back down to 287 with two days tells me that this may not even be actual weight gain. Won't know until five days after the period starts. It does it to me every month. Weight goes up then it goes down by five to six pounds.
That's okay I'm on target for the five pound weight loss this month if nothing else.

I am a bit sad because I have gained 6 pound even through I don't feel like I have gain anything I through I had lost weight. But any way we can do it even if you have a set back then just try some more we can do it.
