Using a scale and weighing all the food. Then tracking it honestly. Did I mention a scale? It is easier to not "cheat" what the food scale says, but it is easy to add and extra ml or partial oz to a cup.

Move more and eat less. Most important is to not be too hard on yourself if you slip up.

Consistency, patience, ice-cream, a power cage and barbells.

    - eat at a reasonable deficit
    - find a way of eating that allows you to adhere
    - find an activity you enjoy
    - try to get some form of resistance training in
    - do not say 'eff it' and give up if you have a bad day - shake it off and get back on track
    - get enough rest
    - be patient
    - be consistent
