Caramel Apple Oreo. It was truly disgusting and I spit it out. So those calories don't count, right?

    For me.. hmmmmm...

I went to an Italian restaurant a few weeks ago and managed to kano a 14" meat lovers pizza .. hells yeah it was the bizzle! Do I regret it??? Noooo way!

That's exactly it. I just read through all these and now Im hungrier than ever! (except the gross one about cooking fish sauce and corn in a bloody crusty pan, that made me sick, lol)

@seltzermint reminded me of lunch with my work friends a few weeks ago: we went to the deli and I got soup and 1/2 sandwich, sandwich choices were egg salad, chicken salad, or tuna salad. I got the chicken salad and I swear it was 80% mayo. Later that afternoon my officemate and I, who both ordered the chicken salad, were both feeling pretty gross. I don't know if the mayo was bad or if it was just the sheer amount of it. My tummy doesn't like too much fat at one time anymore.

A 1/2 bottle of bourbon throughout the day last Saturday...my father-in-law had the other half.

    I regret nothing...

Domino's stuffed cheesy bread. So much cheese, so much sodium and calories, but so delicious!

Just now a packet of McCoy's crisps.

But on Saturday, I had this double doughnut burger:

2000 calories. Worrying thing is that it wasn't quite as filling as I'd imagined so I managed to fit in a pint of cider and a pint of coke followed by a mug of cappuccino.

I don't associate shame with the foods I eat. That's flirting with disordered eating and unhealthy thinking.

Eat what you want, make it fit into your goals, enjoy it, forget it, move on. There is no shame in a Twinkie.
