For all of you who are doing this with me I think that we should all put our measurements and weight and post them on here. Then at the end of the 30 days we repost them all and see how things went?

    I started 2 days ago, but I think you have an awesome idea!
    Mine are as follows:

    Weight 88kg (194lbs)
    Hips 120cm
    Waist 102 (narrowset part)
    Thigh 52cm (12cm from knee) (L)
    calf 40cm (L)
    upper arm (R) 33cm (10cm from crease)
    neck 35cm
    chest 91cm

    Weight: 180 lbs (to start Sunday but after 2 days of shred, I am down to 177.6!!!

    My starting stats;

    Height - 163cm (5'4")
    Weight - 55.7kg (122.5lbs)
    Right arm - 28cm (11.2 inches)
    Left arm - 28cm (11.2 inches)
    Chest - 87.5cm (35 inches)
    Waist - 70.5cm (28.2 inches)
    Hips - 97cm (38.8 inches)
    Right thigh - 55cm (22.0 inches)
    Left thigh - 55cm (22.0 inches)

    I just completed L1D1 and according to my polar HRM burnt 196 calories. Wasn't as hard as I'd expected but I'd been doing strength/cardio/abs combinations for the last week. I don't want to lose too much more weight but am hoping to gain cardio fitness and strength.

    i did it!!! my arms are hurting because i did some push ups last night too. i feel great though, here's to day 2!

    Day 2 Level 1 done. Burnt 231 calories today - 35 more than yesterday.

    Day 2 level 1 done...I am so glad I am doing it again. Do you guys plan to do 30 shred straight or have some rest days.

    Day 3 level 1 done.

    I plan to try and do 30 days straight though I'm having spinal injections under anastethic next Wednesday and probably won't be able to do it so will probably do it twice on the Tuesday so I don't end up a day behind.

    Have been able to do this only twice so far. I have low back issues that are of course bothering me this week. I have to work so I am trying my best not to aggrivate anything so that I am relativley pain free while working on clients(I am a RMT). I have been walking as much as possible and doing some seated hand weights though so I will be back will you all soon hopefully!

    Day 5 level 1 done today. Got through the first set of push ups off my toes and did 5 off my toes in the second set before dropping to my knees. Tomorrow's goal is to push straight through the side lunges with anterior raises (today I did all the lunges but half way through did two without the anterior raises to give my shoulders a quick break).

    Day 6 level 1 completed without any breaks and I managed both sets of push ups off my toes (21 in first set and 15 in second set) burning 199 calories.

    I just did day 7 but I think I'm suffering a bit of a virus so was only able to do it at about 80% intensity (but hey at least I did it).

    I had my BF take a measurement because I was dying to know if I was making any progress and with 7 days of shred and 3 x 30 minute session on the exercise bike and cross trainer (15 mins on each) I've lost 1.5cm or 0.6inch off each thigh this week. Whoop whoop!!!!
