My goals are
1. try & make sure I eat at least a minimum of 800cals. I know it sounds stupid, but I've lost my appetite & have really been struggling to even hit 500cals at the moment so I need to make sure I am eating - even if it's just small.
2. Keep drinking water, minimum 6 glasses daily
3. Keep going for walks - even if it's just a slow one around the park.
