    It's happening. Body is changing. It's all about food and exercise. I didn't log for about two weeks and just went for it. Ate right, worked out consistently and I feel amazing.

    I am so excited this week, it is the first time the scale has gone down in a month & it went down 5.4 lbs!! I don't have to have a loss every week to keep going as long as it comes off eventually!

    Week 7 everyone! I'm finally starting to see good things from calorie zig zagging. My weigh in this morning of 150.8 lbs is the lowest I've seen on a Monday in a while. Lately it's been like 152 or 153 and I spend the entire week getting it back down. This week means I can work on actually losing something! Hopefully I can log under 150 this week for my Thursday weigh in...

    Am I stupid?? Last week I found this thread and the way I read it, it was just starting... everyone on the chart was at zero loss. So this morning I figured this was the end of week 1 and I was going to log my progress and the most recent chart my name isn't on and it appears that everyone has been logging for 3 weeks? I'm sooooo confused. Help. lol

    No worries, I missed that you wanted to join! That's fine that you added your name to the list. We've been going for 7 weeks now and we just update this chart every week with our latest weigh ins (always on Monday mornings). This thread is getting really long, so just look at the most recent posts to see where we're at.

    My overall numbers don't look that impressive, but happy to be back where I am. Went on vacation in late April and gained 13 pounds in 8 days, and have lost it all but 0.6 pounds in 13 days. All of it was water weight, with maybe a couple of pounds for overeating, but back under my start weight here again!

    Great job Trisha! Vacations and weekends away are definitely hard for me too. I went home for Easter for 3 days and came back 5 lbs heavier! It took pretty much 2 weeks to get rid of it. Finally I'm back to a good starting point for Monday morning. Hopefully it keeps going well!
