I only have a second, but I somehow didn't save the chart for the pounds lost - could someone point me in the right direction, please?

    Thanks!

    I'll be back!

Walked through an outdoor flea market for about two hours yesterday but don't know how far I went so I guesstimated 2 miles. Today I was short on time and only got 40 minutes in at the gym but I did run my fastest mile so far!

    My Three Happy's:
    1) Ran my first 13 minute mile today
    2) Made it through Monday on very little sleep and still managed to drag my behind to the gym
    3) I've decided to sign up for my first Mud Run in September!

hi everyone- down 1 point something punds this week (I think 1.1 but it might have been 1.2) anyway I am down and love that
    positives:
I brought my walking clothes, sports bra etc with me today which means I KNOW I will go for my walk!
I haven't done so well yet on the pilates challenge but I have a session scheduled with a friend for tomorrow so I will get a start on it (helps to have a friend to hold me accountable!)
    it's sunny outside

I did the windshield wiper abs and like them- I feel them and all, but at least I can do them :-) there are so many floor based exercises which I simply do not yet have the strength or flexibility to do and so I really appreciate learning new exercises which I am capable of (at least for a few reps)

    Thanks April!

It sounds like everyone is having a pretty good week so far!

My first HIIT went great yesterday! I walked for 5 minutes at around 4 mph, then did 9 cycles of running at 8-9 mph for 30 seconds, then walking for 90 seconds. I meant to do 8 for my first time, but I counted wrong! I have NEVER tried running that fast before, and I was shocked at how EASY it was for me! :noway: I did not work to my max, because I didn't want to break any bones by falling off of the treadmill my first time! Today I am planning on pushing it harder.

    My positives for today -
1- The sun is shining and it looks like a beautiful day today!
2- Today is my daughters' last piano lesson until August. I love them learning, but I am ready for a break from going to them.
3- I had a fantastic evening with my hubby last night!

the world is kicking my *kitten* again, I still don't know why i'm ill and its driving me mad, I have Cronic fatigue syndrome, but they think there are heart issues and I have been waiting to be refered for about 3 months now. My grandma died at the weekend also. I seem to always have something to moan about recently,. Need to stop letting life get in the way. Weigh in, in a couple of hours and its not going to be good, I can tell. This is my last moan now, potitive for the next 9 weeks :D

BJ- I'm so sorry for your loss *hugs*

Ok so running outside is whole other beast than running on a treadmill. I thought I was going to die right after I started out and my iPhone was almost a casualty luckily he was only maimed in my pursuit of better health. I have no idea how to set a pace for myself or how to breathe with that pace. At the gym (where it's safe!!!) the treadmill does all that magic stuff for me. Need to get some help with this. Definitely thinking of asking my dad to help me since he can ride his bike and check the MPH etc. However I did do the entire course I set out for myself. There was a lot more walking that I would have liked and it took me 50 minutes (10 minutes over my 5K goal) to complete the whole course. I am proud and happy that I went out and did it and will be doing it again. Have to get better so that I can actually complete the 5K I signed up for. We shall see how the next outside run goes.... @_@ I did have a good weigh in today though so keeping my fingers crossed for Thursday!

BJ, I'm so sorry for what you've been going through. :( I hope things turn around for you soon!

Cenedria, finding a pace for yourself is SO hard! I've finally just gotten the hang of it. If you don't care what kind of music you listen to, download either Podrunner or MotionTraxx. They're both interval training podcasts where the distance is determined by the beat (like Leslie Sansone). By keeping pace with the beat, that tells you how fast you're going and how far you'll get. Maybe give that a try until you find the pace that you can keep going with. But basically, start slower than you think you need to go and work up from there. Don't go looking for reaching that goal pace yet, or try to match what you can do on the treadmill.

BJ - I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that you feel better soon. ((((HUGS))))

April - I hope things get easier for you soon! Times like that are SO hard.

Here is a link about HIIT - http://www.intervaltraining.net/HiitTraining-30.html Yesterday I did 1:3 intervals and today I increased it to 1:2 intervals. It did make it a bit more challenging, but not impossible. I am really enjoying it! Tomorrow I will be doing P90X weights. For now I am going to try to do P90X twice a week and HIIT 3-4 times a week. We will see how the scale goes on Monday!

Oh!! COME ON!! The English LURVE to moan!! I miss living there SO much!! arrgghhh!! I lived outside "Lesta" For those that don't know... that's Leicester! hehe

BJ... Really trying to cheer you up! I am sorry for your loss. CFS sucks... and the NHS takes forever, sometimes! I think it depends on what surgery you go to though. I never had any trouble at all getting referrals straightaway, but know MANY who waited yonks! In any case... I hope things work out for you quicklly!
