Demerara sugar is my favorite for coffee and tea. It has a lovely subtle caramel flavor.0

None. I drink it with a bit of lowfat milk but no sweetener. Sometimes I'll drink it black.0

I usually drink it black but sometimes it's nice to add cocoa powder (8 calories for a 3g serving). Or cocoa powder and almond milk (~30 calories) to make it a mocha.0

I use stevia0

I use to use artificial sweeteners.0
-
For personal taste, none. If I were going to add something, I'd add a bit of milk.0

i don't use any currently, but xylitol was the only non-sugar sweetener i could stand. splenda gives me seizures. all other artificial sweeteners taste bloody awful to me (very bitter), and while stevia is nice and natural, i find it has a funny aftertaste.0

Usually a splash of 1% milk, but with Christmas at hand I am using 1 tsp of sugar free peppermint mocha creamer. Chemical taste yes, but oh so good. Also very good in diet cocoa.0

i use canderel
i like the idea of stevia but find it has a very odd taste
used to use a spoon of brown sugar but can no longer tolerate much sugar (short gut syndrome)0 -
Stevia - rarely notice an aftertaste, but when I do it is not unpleasant, to me at least0

Trutein protein powder.0

I usually don't add sweetner, but when I do it's either honey or Nectresse.0

Xylitol is toxic to pets, very small amounts can kill them. I've never tried it because of this. I won't even bring low cal gum into my house because some are sweetened with it. I have a cat that will destroy a purse to get at a piece of wintergreen gum so i don't risk it.0 -
I use equal strictly because it doesn't funk up my teeth Thoughts?0
