Chin-ups and dips. Still assisted, but a goal is to do unassisted some day. It reminds me that all those years, under those layers of flab, I had great biceps, deltoids, rhomboids, trapezius and triceps just waiting to break out.
Also it freaks out some of the more traditional guys at my gym to see a little shrimp like me go for it.0 -
