I might stay above my GW since have been very comfortable at around 150 lbs, which would also put me into the healthy BMI range :)

Good luck and success to everyone!

Add me if you like :)

I just had my second and last child in June 2014. Trying to get back to where I was when I was dating my husband, sigh...
    Feel free to add me!
  • I'm 5' 5.5", current weight is 142.2, goal weight around 135-137. My "happy" weight is 142, where I am right now, but I'm trying to gain a little more muscle and lose some body fat. Current body fat percentage is 26% but I'd like to be no more than 24%. That goal weight should do it if I focus on losing fat, not muscle. I care more about the body fat percentage than the number on the scale. Sure would be nice if I could shift a little bit of it around! I carry it all in my thighs. Healthier than around the middle, I know, but tough to fit jeans!

    I'm new to Fitness Pal

    5'3
    SW - 199 (highest was 240)
    CW - 196.6
GW - 150 (for now, that may change when I get there)

Weight means a little something to me but mostly what I am looking for is to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in my clothes which includes a bathing suit.

I lift heavy so the scale doesn't move much. This week is the first time I weighed myself in weeks...but just started my cut so maybe I can get there!

I'm 5'6 and had my third child in May. I weigh around 191lbs now, and I want to get back down to pre-pregnancy size as I am in my profile pic. I was 154lbs then. Once I get to that I'll re-evaluate and maybe go lower. I'm doing a lot more strength training now.

    5'2.5" (Close enough right??)
    CW: 133
    GW: Between 120 and 125

I feel as though without toning and weight lifting (so just running long miles), I was very thin/skinny at 128. But when I'm lifting heavy and very toned at 126-128, I looked awesome. So maybe toned and at 125 would be a happy medium?

    I am 5'5" 33yrs old and a mom to a 7mo old baby girl.

    I just joined

    SW=CW - 207
    GW - 160

I have not been down to 160 since I was in college so if I actually get there I will consider going to maybe 140 but I will probably be ecstatic to reach that weight.

I had made it down to 119 at one point and my size 2's were falling down. I'm now lifting weights, so I figure 122 with a lower body fat % will make me happier!
