Hey guys,

I had a Smartone Turkey Sausage and cheese muffin but did not eat the egg on it. I can't find out how many calaories the sandwich is without the egg. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks

The egg is just egg whites and the portion of egg whites looks to be only about 25cals. I would just log it as if you ate the entire thing since 25 calories isn't much.

One egg = about 70 calories. Gonna have to estimate this one.

Log the food item, then use Add Food to add a negative entry for egg whites.

Search for "Eggs - White only, raw." It does not matter that it is raw, but it is the closest non-asterisk (USDA Food List) entry. Select -1 serving of 1 large Eggs - White only, raw and add to your meal. This will subtract the estimated macro/micronutrients you did not eat.

Neat, I didn't know that was possible.
