Thank you everyone for the info. I have been thinking about getting a fitbit. I think I will now. I have a food scale and I am going to start weighing and measuring everything I can. my fist three goals will be weigh and measure, decrease processed foods/sugar and Move. I think those are all doable together and then I will add more after I accomplish these and make them habit. Most of all I am not buying one more book or get skinny quick junk. Everything I need is here and within myself.0
