What are some things you'll do / change in the coming year ?

- try to control my anger
- write my todo lists the night before and stick to them
- drink more water
- keep my schedule of vlogging 3x a week
- don't be afraid to ask for help
- Get back in with Tapout XT. I should have been done way before now, but my body was still grieving the horrific and slow death of my father
- I want to finally get my drivers permit
- Speak up / b1tch when I feel wronged, mistreated, etc.

    Oh, good one!

I never even considered drinking more water.

I'm going to run and run and run and eat less until I lose some weight.

I'm going to work my second job until I can't stand it anymore.

I'm going to workout regularly, and do hard workouts, not the lazy workouts.

I'm going to say NO! more often, especially to dumb workouts that I'm not interested in.

I'm going to put myself first more often, take time for selfish self indulgence instead of spinning my wheels to please everyone else.

That will sometimes mean not cooking for an army.

    Leaving town.

Maybe even demanding some alone time.

I'm going to keep up with my excellent budgeting.

Possibly get a certification I've had my eye on.

Brew, brew and brew more. Because I like brewing and it's my hobby.

I'm going to keep up my spiritual things and take that ever further.

I want to go on a big road trip.

    - Not be so lazy.
    - Less binge-watching of TV series on Netflix = me being lazy.
    - Finish first year of nursing program.
    - Stop being terrified of bears so that I can hike more while I live by the Rockies.
    - Try to not control everything, everywhere.
    - Become more healthy so that when I learn about pathology in nursing school next year, I won't be convinced I have every disease I learn about.

    • Run my first half marathon on Jan. 31st and maybe start training for a full (depending on how the half makes me feel)
    • Maintain my current weight
