Im Elliott, I've been using My fitness pal every day for over 2 months, and figured its time to join the community. So far I've lost about 25 pounds, and hope to lose 20 more! I would be happy to hear some stories as well as see people improve!0

Yes please add me none of my Facebook friends use this app as much as me! Don't be horrified by how much I am "over" calories and protein goal though, I use the app to count my macronutrients and follow a different program that requires specific intake amounts. But ever since I have been following it with my HIIT routine I've been losing about 2lbs per week. In case you're wondering I do "If It Fits Your Macros"0
