What is your emergency meal, when you get home, hungry, tired and gave nothing prepared in advance?

Quinoa oatmeal with apples, blueberries & slivered almonds. Yum!0

I almost always have precooked meals in the freezer like chili, soup or a pasta dish. So in a pinch that's the first place I go, the freezer.0

Sandwich from the deli across the street if I have the cals to spare. Otherwise, I suck it up and cook my squash and ground turkey.0

I soak it in lukewarm water for a bit to help thaw, or use the microwave if I'm super hungry.
I just get a tortilla, cut up the chicken, toss in some cheese and throw it in a frying pan. You don't even need to add butter or anything. Everything gets all melty and delicious.0 -
Pasta, sandwiches, poptarts,cereal, hot dogs. because if im THAT hungry and it's THAT late, I don't give a damn about calories. I just want food and bed.0
