Once a week! For me everyday only stresses me out!0

YMMV, but I've found I'm MUCH more attentive and diligent about my nutrition when I'm weighing myself each and every morning without exception.
If I let myself skip a day or two, I've found that it is too easy for me to tell myself "No worries, brother, you can splurge today and make it up tomorrow!" - and that sets me up for falling off the wagon for longer than just a single day.0 -
I weigh myself daily because it's easier for me to go back to eating healthy after gaining 1/2 a pound than to go for a week or two without knowing I gained a pound.0

Every day but I use my average weekly weight as my benchmark. I have a google docs spreadsheet that I enter the day's weight into and it generates weekly averages and some pretty graphs to keep me motivated. I don't worry about daily fluctuations. I treat the weekly average as my "true" weight.0
