Continue losing - goal weight will have me losing another 35 pounds with a total of 60 pounds lost - goal is to have that lost by the end of July.
    Continue lifting 3X per week.
Continue cardio 3-4x per week- either walking or cycling.
Work up to riding a 30 mile bike tour.
Maintain both weight and continue to improve fitness level through the end of the year.

I never make resolutions. If I want to accomplish something I don't wait for a calendar date to do it. I just do it.

I actually don't see my post as a resolution.

These things are going to happen and it has nothing to do with NYE.

The only thing I want to do at this point is have this baby. Preferably in 2014... but I doubt that's gonna happen.

Ditto. I don't make resolutions, either....but I DO set goals - some may be weekly, some monthly, some yearly, some may be long-term 5-10 year goals that I have to chip away at a little at a time...but I ALWAYS have goals.

My goals for 2015 are mostly either continuations, or the next step, of what I've accomplished in 2014 - with completing my Half IM being a new one. :)

    Be more empathic.
Buy myself the bike I've been meaning to buy myself for 4 years; I get sick of the gym and I walk a lot already.

I'm hoping to lose the last 15 lbs in 2015, but I'm not in a big hurry as I'm also increasing weights and lifting more often. I'd also like to spend more quality time in the pool for cardio. Right now I'm only swimming two days a week and so I'd like to increase that to 3 days and work harder.

Believe it or not I'm looking forward to turning 65 in April so I can finally go on Medicare, the $900 + for medical insurance I've been paying is killing me................plus I'll get a free gym membership! ;)

This! My post was also not a resolution. These are things that must happen in 2015. Writing them down just makes me accountable for them.

    - Weight lift! It's the time to change up my fitness routine.
    - Take a solo vacation, even if only for 2 days.
    - Be the best mother, friend, etc I can be.
    - Do 10 perfect push-ups.

Edit to add. Make a cheesecake that doesn't crack.

I've heard of baking it in a water bath but haven't had much luck with that. I usually will turn the oven off at the end of baking time (and when the outer 1-1.5 inches don't wiggle when you shake it) and just crack the oven door. Let it cool like that for an hour then pull it out and run a knife around the inside of the spring form. Good luck!

    *get a new job
    *run 2-3 5K races
    *run 1-2 10K races
*run in the USAF half marathon in September
    *reach my goal weight
*continue being diligent about taking my medications
*begin some strength training to lower my BF%
