Sweet potatoes - cut into small chunks put in ziploc bag and some olive oil then choose between sweet or spicy. If sweet I add some cinnamon and shake up, if spicy add some smoked paprika and ancho chili powder. Cook on 350 for about 20 minutes. Sometimes I will drizzle honey on the sweet potatoes when I have decided I want them to be sweet instead of spicy.
Love this idea! I wonder if it would be good with a little sriacha topping. I am obsessed with sriacha! [/quote]
I can't say that I have really tried sriacha so I really don't know. The paprika and chile powder will give it some heat though. You can also use the chile powder and smoked paprika on squash, zucchini, and cauliflower in the same way. I also like to use parchment paper to make cleanup easier.0 -

Some cuts of lamb are leaner than beef. My hubby recently cooked lamb shank with white beans with tomatoes.
