Why are you 35 B) year old in your profile when you introduced yourself as 18 <3 year old?
You gotta make up your mind.

oh and worth noting, the OP's picture of "bulkgirl.0" is someone who looks like she's a good deal smaller than Beyonce.

This for me is already bulky.

I haz a sad because this isn't bulky at all.

I can't possibly be the only one who gets mad at the "fitness models" who aren't really all that fit- they have them demo-ing workouts- and you're like- b!tch please- I know you dieted for 12 weeks for this photo shoot and you do body pump.
Grump. it makes me cranky when they put these women up who aren't bad looking- but clearly not representative of lifters who are training hard core.

    <le sigh>

because people believe that definition = size.

Wow. And you were mad about blanket statements from other people?

Who dictates what "training hard core" means? How do you know they don't "train hard core"?

I've seen quite a few petite, lean powerlifters who probably fall into what you consider "training hard core" and sometimes they don't really look much different than those fitness models that you claim are dieting and doing BodyPump.

The person in your picture that is "too bulky" looks a great deal smaller than Beyonce.

Beyonce has a higher fat load, so is less defined.

i personally think that i cant be equal to beyonce is impossible but it is not my aim :)
My aim is to build a better body and i was thinking that only cardio exercise dont help me to reach my it :)
i dont think there are only genetics rules because it cant be coincidence that all celebrities have got good genetics.
Now i've understood that i have to mix cardio and resistence training.
I've another question (or confirmation): i want toned body but soft curves ...i dont want too muscle definition should i do more cardio and less resistence training or te opposite?

PS: I dont see something wrong if i take like example Beyonce

Not all celebrities have the same body type. Obviously genetics plays a huge role - Taylor Swift can't have a body like Beyoncé or vice versa, no matter what either of them do.

No one can tell you on a forum how much of each exercise you need to do to look a particular way. Your body will store fat in some places and shed it quickly in others in its own unique way. Plus the layout of your frame is important - some people have naturally narrow hips or wide set shoulders or a tilt to their pelvis that will make certain features more prominent, or more difficult to build up.

No one is trying to give you a hard time, it's just not really an answerable question. "Toned", "soft curves", "bulky" mean different things to different people. Maybe developing a relationship with a personal trainer, over time they could try out different workout and diet plans and tweak them over time as the see how your body is reacting.

I'm going to guess that Beyoncé's look comes from a combination of genetics, working out for hours and hours with a personal trainer and a choreographer, a nutritionist constantly tweaking her diet, a costume designer to pick the best outfits for her shape, a makeup artist, a security team to keep unflattering pictures from being taken, photo shop, and possibly a plastic surgeon.

So OP wants thick thighs like beyonce? From what you see is that she might lift weights. No muscle tone =/= she does not lift weights.

Yeah. Look at any crossfit games and the women there are a much better definition of fit than those models. But you have to realize that fitness models are just another name for bikini contest.

Never implied that they all look the same.

But come on- don't tell me every fitness model you see is a heavy lifter- she's just got great genes and a really great diet system she's worked the hell out of and very little muscle.. .and I'm NOT implying they don't work hard- but it's not the same thing.

If I want someone selling me equipment or a workout- I want them to be bigger than my sister who doesn't work out and has no discipline.

again- this comes down to having definition =/= being big or having size.

and while size isn't everything (yuk yuk jokesjokesjokes) if you work in the fitness industry- you should have SOME size. Low body fat isn't everything.

LOL so I google thick yummy thighs and I think I found what OP means by soft curves. It sounds like genetics though since we cannot pick where fat goes.

Somehow I fear that googling "thick yummy thighs" would lead me to websites I don't want in the history on my work computer. :p
