At my highest I was 270. I am 219 now. My goal is 140... But at this point I would be thrilled just to get out of the 200's. I have virtually no body image though... Have always been heavier, but I remember being 175 and when I see pictures from that time I think I look pretty good.
Feel free to add me... as I said, no body image... so it is interesting for me to see what "weight" looks like on others my height.0 -
I'm 5'3' plus. My happiest weight was 119 lbs. Five kiddos later and living the life of a 46 year old have changed my body and my metabolism. I skyrocketed to 200 disgusting lbs. I'm down to 148 now. Short term goal is 140 and then I'll see where it goes. It's harder now to get to that lower weight- so I have to be realistic with my expectations. If I could get to 130-135 and maintain, I would be thrilled.0

I'm 5"5 and at the moment I'm 65 kilos but I think I look best at 58 ish...0

I'm closer to 5'5, currently 110 pounds. I feel ok with my weight but would like to get down to 17% BF (currently 19%) and gain around 5-10 pounds of muscle - I think that BF to muscle is more important than the weight itself because a bit more muscle makes you look completely different0

Just looking for motivation pics and an idea of what is a good looking weight. I've hit it before at 121 but people said it was too thin so just curious.
Go to http://www.mybodygallery.com
You'll see that no two women who are 5'4" and 121 lbs. look the same.0 -
I think a lot depends on your bodyfat %, not just the number on the scale. Someone who has 33% bodyfat at 125lbs will look completely different to someone with 18% who is also 125lbs. You already look great Charlene0

Currently 180 lbs, UK size 14/pushing 16. Goal weight is about 140lbs (flexible with muscle mass accounted for) and or a UK 120

Im 5.5 my goal is 145. My lowest was 132 n a size 7. Ive always had a nice butt n flat stomach so im hoping to get back to that . Right now im a size 14 eeek and 190 lbs . Lol I have work ahead but im tired of my family talking about my weight. This mothers day theyll be shoked because they havent seen the 30 lb lost yet . And hopefully ill be down another 30.0

I'm currently at 116-118 and relatively happy with that. But as people say it's all about the fat - so 2015 for me is all about eating more, lifting heavy and worrying less about the scales. Who knows where that will take me!0

I'm 5ft 3.5 (that half is all important when you are the only midget in a tall family!) and I've set my goal weight for 135 but what i really want, is to be a UK size 10. If that happens before i get to 135 then i'll stick then, if when i get to 135 i need to lose a bit more then i'll lower my goal by a few llbs and see how i look then0

I have hips and a booty. Lol

I started at around 185. I'm holding happily at 145lbs for about a year and I look & feel great! I am 50 years old so I am living my life healthy & happy at a size 6. Good enough for me!0 -
so i'm only 5'2", but when I weighed 135 I felt and looked really great. However I like a more athletic look so that's what I would assume someone around 5'4" would like.0

Hello,
I am 4'11" and per my doctor a healthy weight range for my age (34) and height is between 95-115lbs. Given that you are 5'4" I would say you are probably closer to 115-135lbs but that is just my best guess0 -
Mine is 126lb (9 stone) at least. Lowest I'll go would be about 119lb (8.5 stone) I reckon.0
-
Also, last time I checked I was 138lb.0
-
I'm 5'4. 33 years old. I'd like to get to 120 lbs. Currently about 132.0

Well... I'm 5'5" and 162 right now. I would like to get down to 128 because that is how much I weighted when I got married 7 years ago. I was fit and happy with my weight back then. Now I just feel like I'm 7 months prego! Good luck to everyone with reaching their "happy weight"!0
-
i'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125, which is not only a healthy BMI but also the lowest weight i've been as an adult (8 years ago). hopefully by my next bday (april).0

Still so many 5'4" girls wanting to get into the 120s! Seems way too hard for me.0
-
Hey, great job Mamadon!!0
-
I am 5'4.5"-5'" depending who you ask! I am a stockier build. I set my goal at 150# as I started to feel good at 158#. I looked SICK at 132# when I was younger.0

It's totally not my goal. I'm looking more at the 145-150 range. By holding onto this LBM I've worked so hard for, it should leave me close to the size I'm wanting, fingers crossed!0 -
I'm going for 115 to 120 at 5'4", because I want to run faster. I'm pretty happy with how I look at 135 and size 4, but I want to be faster and I do circus arts, so weighing less is an advantage.0
