You can either do 250 bodyweight squats or you can add some weight and do a whole lot less reps for the same or better results. I'll stick to weighted squats unless it's cardio day, thanks.-2

I came across this thread this morning and decided to give it a shot. I made a cute little calendar of the squats we have to do per day and put it on my wall. Day one is completed and I'm already sore

You can download this application: 30 days squats challenge. (which serves as calendar). To avoid counting by yourself your squats, this application does it for you: squats. We just have to hold our phone by doing squats)
