evsrajjqrdze.jpg

Nov 2014 – completed my 2nd half-marathon (1:59:25) – 133 pounds

Counting calories (averaging 1700-1900 calories/day), running, and lifting heavy have given my body a better physique than I’ve ever had in my life, great self-confidence in all areas of my life, and I have boundless energy to keep up with my 4 small, amazing kiddos! I’ve reached goal weight and am now focused on continuing to lower my body fat percentage, increase weights on the barbell, and increasing my speed in running. Thanks to MFP and my lovely friends on here!

Love your story! I hear so many times that after x amount of kids you just cant lose the weight. But you've proved its possible! Your such a great role model for your children! Keep up the amazing work. Thanks for the motivation!

Thank you for sharing! I'm extremely impressed...and motivated! I've used the "I have 2 kids under 2" excuse for 8 years! I've blamed 'not enough time in the day' A LOT! Thank you, for saying, 'IT is POSSIBLE!"
