    I especially love this line. It is so true, and directly and concisely attacks the procrastinating, negative attitude that so many people have. It actually makes me tear up a bit. Weight loss really isn't that hard once you get started and commit to it, and this line can apply to any aspiration someone might have-- applying for college, writing a book, starting a business.... Start today!

    What an inspiration your story has been thus far. I started out in August at 462 lbs, since then I have lost 70 lbs as of the end of December. I hope it's me posting a story this great a year from now!

    I quit smoking an little over an hour ago - posted on Fitness and Exercise.

    You should trademark that statement. Best thing I ever read on here.
