You reminded me. I need to go pack my lunch for tomorrow! I have homemade white bean soup in mine too, but minus the kale. My dad can't eat it.

Milk, pickles, light marg, light sour cream, vintage cheddar, 3 containers of home made 'fried' rice for lunches, wraps, a crisper full of vegies and an insane amount of various condiments.
I haven't done a grocery shop since we moved, so it's a bit light on.0 -

Freezer:
a million different frozen vegetables, salmon, huge box of Gulf shrimp, individual containers of canned pumpkin (for pancakes), walnuts, 1/3 bag of cranberries, veggie sausage, veggie burgers, and a couple bags of frozen berries.

I was going to say that the fridge is about empty because I plan to go grocery shopping tomorrow. But, I went to take a look and there's all the staples still available. Milk, eggs, butter, sharp cheddar, lettuce, an apple, oranges, salsa and other condiments. A little yogurt and cottage cheese left.
What's disturbing is some coconut water, way in the back on the bottom shelf. I bought it long ago for smoothies, but always end up using my preferred milk. Now, the coconut water is way passed it's "best by" date. Should I throw it out? If I use it and it tastes bad, I'm afraid it will turn me off of coconut water forever and maybe it's because this one is just old.0 -

I took a swig of too old coconut water recently. Definitely throw it out!0 -
Still don't have a fridge.....0

Thanks, it will be down the drain within the hour.
Jack, how can you live without a fridge? Hope you get one soon.0 -

We threw it out because it broke and never got round to buying a new one, which has kind of helped, because now I have to leave the house everyday for food, which equals steps!

Jack, what a good way of looking at it, getting in more steps. I also need the additional steps, but couldn't live without my fridge.0

@nicktai81 - just to clarify, opening your fridge does NOT count as "exercise". Don't log that. You will lose all your serious friends.0
-
I know that...my use of the word exercise in this instance was synonymous with task.
But...it would depend on how heavy the fridge door is and how many reps are completed, although that would seriously deteriorate the quality of the food stores in it and increase the power bill.0
