Need Lower Sodium Recipe Ideas

I buy no salt added tomatoes and other can products like beans, etc. I found if you puree the no salt added tomatoes with garlic, onions and basil it was as a substitute for pasta sauce.

Check out Dr. Furhman's recipes. All are low sodium and those I have tried are delicious!
