I am in need of some support and help - just started up again on MFP and looking for mutual support - I like challenges. I have lost 30 pounds in three months, hoping to drop another 5 or 10 while trying to put on some muscle.

I need more friends! After almost a year of being on mfp, a lot of people on my friend's list have stopped logging on.
I just got married in December, and with the wedding, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, I've gained back 15 of the 40 pounds I lost over 2014 and started doing all the bad things that got me to weighing 200 pounds to begin with. I don't want to go back there, so got to start working at it again and would love some new mfp friends!0 -
