Awesome! I have treadmill at home and I will make use of it. The incline what # did you use or do you switch back and forth? I sometimes push the incline 6 and 3.5mph.0

Well done! You look years younger, and you must feel so proud. I have tried Weight Watchers for the past 10 weeks and put 3 lbs ON!! Very vexed. So, back to calorie counting for me!!0

i would start off going 4mph at a 2 incline and i would work all the way up to a 10 incline at 3.5 mph. i would spend a few minutes on each incline going up and then back down.0 -

i try to do two separate hours of incline work and/or running. then depending on how i felt i would walk an additional hour sometimes more. i just cant sit and watch tv when i could be walking and watching tv. especially with several baseball games on every day.0
