I did not get my exercise plan in place like I had intended. Goal now is to get that piece of things going ASAP, and get my 10,000 steps in a day.0 -

We went out for a nice dinner, ate a piece of our wedding cake for dessert, and then the next day went out for a nice breakfast... but I hopped right back on the wagon & feel that I'm doing pretty well so far!0 -

I'm just glad I didn't gain! Not a great week eating/workout wise, and I even forgot about the challenge til just this morning (which is why my weight is from Wed). On the other hand, I landed a dream job that will have me outside moving and lifting several hours a day!!!
