    I don't know how to enter wt to my first entre can someone help?
    Nice to see people are logging in. I lose 2 lbs since the first, but none this week. I need to fine tune the calorie type as well as amt. 1600 is too many even with 5 days at the gym. Still encouraged now I know what didn't work. If you are in this same boat Try Try again!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Not a big loss, but I had changed my calories to lose .5 lbs a week so i'm really in the ballpark. Has been 6 days since my last weigh in but going away for a quick birthday getaway with hubby to Banff.

    Struggles or successes: I suffer from mittelschmerz as severe bloating and PMS (sorry TMI lol) so I knew I would gain this week as I always do around this time. On the plus side I don't get puffed going upstairs to the gym now :)
