I'm definitely in... I need the accountability and support! My end goal is to be right around 100-105 but I know this isn't going to happen overnight so 5lbs this month sounds like a good start. Good luck everyone!!

    Name: Julia

Struggles or successes of the week: Eating vegan is still going well and helping to keep track of my calories. Just need to watch the junk food (I found vegan friendly ice cream and it's delish). Also need to cut back on the soy lattes. Running almost everyday (hit a PR of 35+ miles this month so far) training for a half marathon in March.

Hope the motivation is still flowing for everyone!

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm keeping up wih the exercise pretty consistently, even through a killer head cold this past week. I would like to fit in more weight training.
Yesterday was my birthday, so we celebrated with dinner at Bonefish Grill. Now that I know the creme brulee has 875 calories(!), I'll reconsider that dessert next time. But it was soooo good!

Struggles or successes of your week: Much less sore this week (following car accident 12/28). Have committed to achieving daily exercise goals no matter how late. Did yoga with the grand one evening. Still missing lifting. Cant wait to be healed enough to lift.

If you can stay motivated after such an awful thing like that, you are SO going to meet all your goals! There's nothing holding you back chick, go get it! :)
Pretty sure the rest of us can kick our excuses after this post. I hope you feel much better, really soon! All the best.

Struggles or successes of your week: got over my setback and then some, at my lowest weight in about 5 years. I am SO CLOSE to being at 159!!! Ultimate goal is 140, I’m getting there! Struggles are keeping myself on track and trying to move more throughout the day, all you other office 9-5ers know what I’m talking about here!
I find that constantly visualizing specific ways you want to look/feel is a huge motivation booster. Picturing myself having a shameless weigh-in at my doctor's in May, and being confident at the beach this summer (i LOVE swimming, just not the walk to the water) is what works for me!

Work days do provide an additional struggle. My daughter gave me a UP24 for Christmas. It is striking the step difference for days at work vs home. Love your goal of the shameless doctor weigh in. That is one of mine as well! I remember how that felt and cant wait to get there, too!

Struggles or successes of your week:
Successes: I have started running again and I was able to run two 5Ks outside in the cooler weather :) Nutrition has been good and I have been doing much better with preparing my meals for lunch so I don't have to stress about getting a salad somewhere in the middle of the day (overnight oats are awesome to take for lunch and I'm so happy that I don't have to prepare them in the morning). I was also able to go out to dinner with my friends to a Mexican restaurant while NOT eating any tortilla chips and was able to get a salad for 400 calories.
Struggles: I'm a daily weigher when I wish I wasn't. I don't freak out about normal fluctuations, especially when I know I have been eating properly and exercising. I just wish I could wait a week to weigh in.

Struggles or successes of your week:

My success would be identifying a meal that contained an exorbitant amount of sodium in it that consistently took me over my sodium limits. Moving forward I will pay close attention to the soups I make since it's a large part of my new way of eating (it's a least one of my meals daily). Another would be that I actually rested on my schedule rest day and was not consumed by guilt.

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm on Week 2 of couch-to-5K program. I still find it hard to get through it, so I hope I improve. I am a bit scared of what week 3 will entail. All snack foods have been cut out except chocolate which I am completely addicted to so I will have a chocolate bar here and there still.

STRUGGLE: I knew the scale would be up this week due to bloating/water retention/etc., but it still stinks to see it! I'm weighing again in the morning to see if the number goes down any

SUCCESSES: I had a total of 85,026 steps for the week, got in four circuit training workouts that left me limping, and I had a 5,100 calorie deficit... so I'm looking forward to when the scale will reflect all of this!

Count me in. I managed to hit Onderland the middle of December but with the holiday food, snacking and not getting enough water down I have edged back over 200. So I want to get back into Onderland all the way down to at least 190.

Struggles or successes of your week: I struggled to get in my exercises this week. It has been cold and raining most days so I can't get outside for my walking/running and it is hard to make myself get on the treadmill at the gym. Weather is clearing up and warming up so I plan to get in a lot of walking/running this next week. Also this time of the year we eat a lot of soup, stew and chili and the sodium on those are extremely high. I told my husband I was going to start buying the no/low sodium tomatoes to use in these so I can get my sodium levels down, hopefully that will help on the scales.
