    Struggles or successes of your week: very frustrated with no weight loss, been weighing in daily and most days between 167 and 168. I'm staying under my calories and doing Insanity. Starting today just trying walking more and less sodium.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I have been doing pretty good on cutting back on my carbs and eating more protein, fruits and veggies. I haven't had too many processed foods either. I joined a challenge at my gym...12 Week Transformation Challenge. I had my testing done Tuesday (upper and lower body strength, flexibility, endurance, heart rate, blood pressure and body fat). I will get weekly emails with meals and grocery lists that I can use totally or just fit what I can into my week. The main goal is to introduce things into my diet that I may not be thinking about trying and developing healthier eating habits. I will still meet with my trainer on Wed/Fri mornings but this is just giving me a little more motivation.

    Struggles or successes of your week. Have not been able to work out can not until after 21st. Trying to stay away from plantain chips and eating late at night. I pretty much follow a vegan diet but do eat seafood. I struggle with mindless eating anyone with any suggestions to help.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Happy to finally see the scale budge (even though I have still been up and down, which is frustrating). I've worked out almost everyday this week, which is a miracle for me! I still need to tighten up my eating though - even though I'm staying under my calories, I'm not making the healthiest decisions and am still giving into cravings and eating when I'm not really hungry.

    Stuggles or successes of the week: Really struggled with boredom eating this week, but managed not to go over my calorie goal at all! Also, got in four workouts, and am starting the 5x5 lifting program, which is making me so sore, but I'm seeing some results for sure :smile:

    Struggles or successes of your week: Exercise was my issue for the weekend and on Sun night realized I needed to post to the 100 mile chart and didn't have really have anything to post. Gave myself a chewing out, renewed my commitment to me to be healthy and on Tues was 164, 1 pound snuck back on but that's ok. Have been doing my exercises every evening. For me it's about doing the right thing - exercise and water - these are the 2 things I've added this month and water is tough for me. But perseverance pays off

    Struggles or successes of your week: Bummed that I gained this week, but 2 steps forward, 1 step back, right? Weight loss isn't always linear. I've been eating a lot but exercising a TON, spinning sometimes 2x/day. Have been at a 700-1000 cal deficit according to my exercise armband, burning 3000 cal/day total. I changed my calorie goal to 1200 to see if that makes a difference. I'd like to think I'm gaining muscle, because how can I gain weight at this deficit but while still eating 1700-2000 cal and burning 3000? But there's not that much muscle involved in spinning. I'm upping my veggie intake and lowering starches etc. Also going trying to avoid those foods like nuts, which I grab unconsciously but add up, and are salty. I think I'll also try adding strength training this week.
