Struggles or successes of your week: I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed I didn't see a bigger drop on the scale. I weighed myself last Saturday morning and the scale said 201.5. However, I was terrible on Saturday evening. I watched football all day, drank excessively, and ate way too much $hi##Y football snacks. Therefore, I attribute that to my not so great loss this week. I'm happy to see the scale down a little bit, but this week I'm going to have a bigger loss.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I am continuing to get to the gym most workdays. I started drinking herbal tea when I sit down to watch TV after dinner. This kind of keeps me from wanting to snack. I have also started to measure out my dinner before I leave for work in the morning (we usually make dinner ahead) so I’m not serving myself at the moment I am vulnerable to overeating.

Struggles: Tuesday was my birthday, so I pretty much went ham. I ate everything I wanted and didn’t exercise, and it spilled over to yesterday as well! Kind of a bummer since I was 115.8 on Monday! I’m assuming the majority of the gain is water/salt bloat, so we’ll see where it goes next week. I’m still on track though, so I’m happy overall.
Successes: I started lifting weights this week! I’m planning on competing in an NPC Bikini competition later this year, and I want to start building my body to prepare as I feel like I’ve got some work to do. I’m very excited about transforming my body and can’t wait to see what the heavy weights do to me!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Well I could be discouraged by my small loss but I'm not. I weighed myself halfway through the week and was down to 151.8. I've picked up the weights in the last couple days (didn't exceed calorie goal this week) and now I'm up again. I'm chalking this up to water retention and believe I'm really in the 151-152 range. Yay!0 -

This week my sodium intake was far higher then normal and I suspect it's water weight then actual gaining weight. The higher the sodium the more water your body holds onto. It's such a pain.

I have been to the gym everyday this week..walked 30 miles, started C210K, and 5 strength training sessions. ..and the scale moves up. On one hand I am not suprised. ..it fluxiates daily and by whole pounds. On the other hand I want the numbers to reflect the hard work that I have put forth.
