Hi! I started this back in December but all ive seem to have lost is 2 pounds. My goal is to lose about 80-90 pounds. I would love some friends to help motivate me and keep each other on track! Add me!

    Welcome! 2 pound Loss over Christmas/New Years is not bad! With your goal you can probably get to a 2 pound a week loss for a bit if you watch the calories and work out just right. I can't see your diary to give you any specifics.

    You can do this!!!! You're in the right place. You're hitting the first "this isn't fun anymore" stage where a Lot of people quit. DO NOT QUIT

    Keep going. It gets much easier at week 4 .... you start to Want those healthy foods and some of the junk you were use to doesn't look as good.
    You start to Feel a bit better. THAT is where the motivation then comes from. Within.
