Hi guys! I'm so ready to do this challenge! I have a big issue with following through with thing. I am so sure if I'm able to get my weight under control that'll be the beginning of many hurdles I have to conquer!

    10 pounds in 3 weeks is really above the recommended weight loss goal. Rapid weight loss like that usually means that you are losing a higher percentage of muscle mass which actually will work against you in the long term. I do admire your spirit and your zeal. I'd recommend possibly backing off to no more than a 2 lb loss per week. That would still be 213 by the end of the month. Best wishes on every success and welcome aboard!

    If just starting, its normal to drop 3-7 pounds of water weight in the first week. Add an additional 2 pounds for the second week and you can easily drop 5-9 pounds. Go get it!
