I have been running since I was in Jr. hogh. However, I love food! I eat bigger portions than I really need. In the last month and a half, I have lost 10lbs. Just by eating less and continuing my running! I turn 40 this year, so it is important to me to lose another 10 to 1bs. I can do it!0

Hello All!
My name is Sara and I have been on MFP for over a few years. I have had many ups and downs with my weight. I lost 45 lbs about 3 years ago and have been able to keep it off. I now workout to gain muscle and tone. I would love for people to add me who like to exchange healthy recipe ideas and alternatives. I do not eat beef or pork and I try to stay away from gluten as much as possible. I am also an avid gym junkie and love giving advice to anyone who wants to create a workout plan or has questions as to what workouts would work best for them!
