Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if trying to get a flat belly was impossible due to a previous c-section? I have 12 more pounds to lose but I want to work on toning myself and I'm not sure if i need to do certian workouts to get this tummy a little flatter. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated it.
Thank you.....
Thank you.....

Eat at a calorie deficit and lift heavy. You can't spot reduce, so fat will come off all over.0 -

Unfortunately, it seems that the belly is the last to go. The body desperately holds on to it 'in case of emergency'. It will go eventually.0
