My story - don't ever let anyone tell you that you can not do it!

I want to post some before and after pics of my progress in taking it off and my changes in my lifestyle that keeps me accountable so that I won't find myself back there again. At my heaviest I was pretty much what you called "the big pretty girl". Now don't get me wrong, I have always felt proud of me and never ashamed, just had to face the cold hard facts that I was unhealthy at that weight and it was really hard for me to keep up with my little ones.
I wanted more out of life than large elastic sized clothing. I am getting close to where I'd like to be. My current weight is 175 pounds. I just want to feel as good as I can at whatever number the scale shows.
So how did I begin? Me and one of my best friends decided to join Weight Watchers at work and that got my interest sparked. We made small changes in the amount of food we consumed, measured and accounted for everything and started working out in the gym at work. That was the tough part. I had no energy. I was tired from the beginning but slowly as weeks went by 5 minute workouts turned into 30 minutes ones, and now I'm able to run. I would have never imagined myself running a block -- but it happened. Today I love running. I feel like a stallion.
I'm currently engaged to the man of my dreams and want to be toned and be more agile by my wedding date late this coming summer.
I know that this is a life long journey! Just remember this, you can do it!!!!
Me at 280 pounds - smiling and hiding the issue at hand - my other life
Me finally uncovering myself - around 190 here in this pic
Me 2013 summer in Bahamas 190 here in this pic
Me today at 175 lbs
Today at 175 lbs
Comparison of 280 to 175 lbs
That's me in a nutshell. I hope I have inspired someone!

It totally is the best. The running seems like it just burned the excess fat off. It's my go to exercise and never let's me down.
