    I am in awe. Glad I found your post today. My new life begun today in the morning with a doctors visit. Then I bought a treadmill and signed up here. I am going down and I will like it :-)

    Great job! You are an inspiration to me. I am at my highest weight and am considered morbidly obese. I qualify for lap band but talked myself out of it. I know this isn't a quick fix. It's a long road and I'm just starting it. Thank you for sharing your story it keeps me motivated!
