How important is it to not exceed your macros for the day, if your still far under your kilo-joule goal?

    For weight loss? Or for body composition?

    Depends which ones. I would feel free to exceed the protein. The fat, sodium, and sugar, I'd try and stay at least close.

    Calories are all that matters for weight loss. Macros are more about body composition.
