How do you record your cals when you do 30DS?0

I had to look it up myself but most people record is under circuit training.0

Hi I started 30 Day Shred on the 5th January, I'm currently on day 9 :-)
I've had the DVD for years and never completed it so my goal is to FINALLY complete the whole DVD and get passed level 1 x0 -
Stick to it, it's so worth it!0

I started it yesterday. I have never finished it but I am setting it as a goal.0

I started on the 1st - I am on day 12 today - I had one day off in level 1. I have started level 2 - man that's hard!!! I am going to finish it this time!!0

I started one Jan 1. No DVD just simply increase protein, set cals to 1300, eat back all exercise calories, spread out food 5 x a day and get in the cardio 6 days a week and weights when I can. Lost 5 lbs in January so far. If the DVD helps go for it0
