I really love this challenge!!!! Thanks so much for sharing it. I'm struggling with motivation today so having something short and snappy may be just what I need to get back into it.

    1. No 'naughty' snacking.
    2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes each day
    3. Don't hit the snooze button... hmmm...

@Chandler330...so glad you did so well!! And I'm glad you're joining us here too! I don't know how to create a group. I kinda thought that's what I was doing lol. Absolutely I'm open to it...I want EVERYONE to try this at least once. I was hooked the first time I did it because it totally works with my strengths and helps shore up my weaknesses. So heck yeah! Tell me how to do it and I'm ON IT!

Ok so I'm brand new to this whole thing, and this sounded fun. Day one, 1. log everything I eat. . . everything.(this one might open my eyes a bit) 2. Yoga video, get it out and dust it off. 3. Drink all my water :)

  • I'm starting a couple days late but here are my three goals:
    1. Train for my first 5K
    2. Keep the healthy habits going after I move out of my parent's place
    3. Join a fitness center so that there is a commitment and no excuses!
