I do it and it is brutal! But I don't do it consistently enough to see results! I run a lot, but my problem is that all I do is run. I need to add other things like the 7 minute workout regularly.0

Where is the workout from? I have a 7 min workout app? Same or different? Interested! Like you Joni... I run... Lots... But that's all I do0

I think that's the same thing... It's a series of 14, 30 second exercises. I have the app too0 -

Yeah does it have to be paired with running or another exercise do you think? Or do you think it's good by itself? If done 2 or 3 times, I mean.0 -
I use it as a supplement to my other exercises when I have an extra 7 minutes in my day. Ultimately, it really depends on your goals, but for most people, it probably isn't sufficient on it's own.0
