    94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014

I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!

You look fantastic! Love the outfit too :)

I am 5'5 My starting weight was 205 pounds. I now weigh 131.

I was so ready to give up on the 130s. This makes me want to keep going. Absolutely stunning.

Also, did you bulk and cut after you lost? Your body comp is great.

These are all great!!! Well done everyone.

I'm 42 years old, 5'5" and my start weight on 1st Jan 2015 was 181 lbs (12st 13 lbs). My goal is 140 lbs (10 stone).

I've done my before photos and as soon as I'm at goal I will do after photos and post them both.

I'm determined and inspired now....watch this space!
