depends on what I'm craving and where I stand with my macros. I typically would try skinny pop popcorn, yogurt, a banana, an apple -- or a small glass of wine

    I don't. Bonus deficit!

Same here unless I am really hungry. Then it is an apple and a big glass of water.

My favorite snack at night under 100 cals are Edy's Outshine Fruit Bars. They're amazing!

I love sliced broccoli stems or carrot sticks dipped in salsa. The salsa is 35 calories (pace chunky hot) per 1/4 cup and that leaves enough calories for about a cup of veggies.

I love carrots and salsa. Everyone thinks it sounds weird, but I think it's great!

I like a drink I read about. I put 1 tbsp of honey with a splash of cinnamon in a mug of boiled water. Tastes amazing.

I'd eat one of these and still be 50 calories under.

I see those all the time what are they like?

I have this weird thing for Stella Gorgonzola. DH says it's what made me fat but it's like 100 cal for a 1/4 cup and I would eat like 2 tbsp a day (and not everyday) sitting on my butt and not altering my diet made me fat.

I'm not much on rice cakes but the caramel ones are pretty good for 50 calories. Top with thin layer of peanut butter. Yum!

Probably nothing. Why? Because unless you are very, very accurate in the logging the calories in your foods, you could very well be going over with that last 100 or actually be 200 calories under and be perfectly fine

I guess it depends where in the day you'd like to add them.

    Mornings: Banana or Apple
Afternoon: Popcorn, Mini Cliff Bar, or Nature Valley Granola Thins
    Evening: Skinny Cow Caramel Truffle

I've never snacked so much in my life as I have these last 2+ yrs on mfp.

    A cup of nonfat yogurt.
A couple pieces of fruit (depending on type & weight).
A piece of mozzarella (1 piece of string cheese is 80 calories).
4 oz of sliced turkey lunchmeat.
Crudites with a couple T of hummus, or dip into fat-free ranch dressing.

Some sort of booze. Not gonna lie - if I have the extra calories, it's for booze.

Little bit of deli turkey/ham and a slice of pepperjack cheese is my go-to.
