    Something you like.

When I was trying to stay on top of the dreaded 1,200, I would have a glass of juice. Easy peasy.

A small cube of cheese has the added benefit of preventing tooth decay.

My favorite treat is toast. So I'd do that.

Like others, if I am above 1,200 and I'm not that hungry, I'll skip the evening snack and stay under.

Depends on what I'm craving. Maybe an apple, some cheese or a coffee with lots of milk.

I would let it go, unless I was really craving something. Coffee would cut it for me, I think.

If it's almost bed time and I'm not hungry - nothing. If I still have an hour or two left to my night and I'm hungry - boiled egg whites or one whole boiled egg, fruit, a cup of yogurt, dry cereal...

Almost exactly this answer for me too...except I do not like dry cereal very much.

Usually I'd have a cooked or boiled egg and then something like 2 raw almonds and 5 semisweet chocolate chips. Or a bit of fruit and a string cheese.

In that situation I usually just leave it alone. I'm sure I'll have no trouble filling it in within the next few days.

Nothing because 100 calories is trivial and it's a certainty that, regardless of how meticulous one maintains their diary, there's an error greater than 100 calories already (could be plus or minus).

Probably nothing. I always assume that there is an overestimation of calories burned (from my HRM or fitbit steps) or that some food items in my dairy are under/over estimated in calories. So, I would most likely leave it at 100.
