Roar and raw are pronounced the same in most accents
Personally, I wouldn't bother with it, OP. It's just another fad diet, and not even one that has good macros for most people
Really? Southern here, four rhymes with door and floor. Raw rhymes with paw and saw. I really thought I had missed the joke.
    Kiwi here :)
Four, door, floor, raw, paw, and saw ALL rhyme here! I'm very curious now as to how others pronounce these words!

What about or and ah, do those rhyme? Those are the two basic sounds for the words here.

350 million Americans would disagree with you on that. :)

Sounds like a fad diet...not worth the energy, not sustainable.

Round here there is definitely a difference between the various o's and a's, even when people don't do the hard "R." You can always tell when someone is faking a Boston accent in a movie because so many of them think that "party" sounds the same as "potty." Nopity nope.

Raw rhymes with Awe. Four rhymes with floor and door...but, even when the R is barely there, your jaw drops lower and your mouth makes more of an "O" shape when making the vowel sound.

This has been your lesson in New England for the day. Tomorrow's class will include "Why Grade B maple syrup is better than A," "A cabinet is a milkshake," and "My shortcut is better than your shortcut."

Two patients have allegedly died at Dr. Graham's fasting retreats. He also allegedly charged upwards of $11,000 to go to one of his retreats. I say allegedly because it's a lot of secondhand and firsthand accounts online, and I cannot find concrete evidence of deaths. However, I find it troubling that information like this is easy to find and is associated with him.

However... here's a link to some disciplinary action taken against Dr. Graham in the 90s:
    https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/DocServiceMngr/displayDocument.aspx

Text taken from beyondveg.com- "A prominent low fat/high carb raw vegan diet guru and a Chiropractor whose license expired in 2000, Doug Graham, was disciplined by the Florida (State) Department of Health, the government agency that regulates Chiropractors, Doctors, and other health professionals (case #199403741; click on “Link to Discipline” in preceding link.). Discipline proceedings are public records by Florida State law, and Graham’s discipline papers were requested – twice – from the State. However, the State was unable to find the paperwork in their microfiche archives. (They provided a copy of his license file – also public records by law - but it does not provide any details on the discipline proceedings.) Recognizing that discipline proceedings raise serious questions about a health professional, we encourage Doug Graham to publish the full text of the discipline rulings on the internet."

I wouldn't trust anything that guy says as far as I can throw him. And I could throw him pretty far. Eat all the fruit and veggies you want. But I personally would be highly cautious of following his ideologies, IMHO.
