    Set small steps. Concentrate on the small steps and the big ones take care of themselves.
    Example: I am going to follow good eating TODAY. Break it further if needed. Exercise! A walk around the house better than sitting, wishing you could get to the gym.

    I think Im going to attempt to do the slim fast diet, but tweek it and do low cal snacks between the shakes and then have my low cal dinner as well. It is going to be hard to keep up with it for 2 weeks...any more seems impossible! I won't be just drinking shakes though, a 30-60 min workout will happen everyday..or I'll try to make it happen. Thanks for the positivity guys, Im honestly very excited and eager to begin going on this journey!
