I keep going over my goals for how much fat I eat. Any one have any idea how to lower it?

Going over on fat is o.k. as long as your are o.k on your calorie count for the day.

Do you really want to eat less fat? You can customize your goals. I've changed my macronutrients goals to be 70% fat 20% protein and 10% carbs.0 -
